All transportation bookings must be confirmed in advance, with full payment required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We offer flexible payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments, to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele. Please ensure that all booking details, including pickup and drop-off locations, are accurate at the time of booking, as any changes may affect the service provided.

Our fleet of vehicles is regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards to ensure your comfort and safety. Each of our drivers undergoes rigorous training and background checks, and they are committed to providing professional, courteous, and timely service. In the rare event that a vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical failure or extreme weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and make alternative arrangements to minimize any inconvenience.

Cancellations or modifications to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost. Failure to show up for a booked service without prior notification will result in the full charge of the booking fee.

We strive to accommodate special requests and preferences whenever possible, but these must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability. Please note that any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe by our drivers may result in the immediate termination of the service, with no refund provided.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of personal items, missed flights, or any other inconvenience that may arise. We strongly advise our clients to ensure that their personal belongings are securely packed and checked before and after the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them before each service.
